Looking for a little help with a new Blues Project…

Looking for a little help with a new Blues Project…Here’s a recent request for help in putting together a new Blues DVD, done through kickstarter.com.

I’m hoping you can help spread the word via your Blues Society website/mailing list about our Kickstarter campaign for the Live Blues DVD we are going to be producing.  We need the help of Blues fans to make this film a reality.
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/23343893/live-blues-dvd-friday-night-blues-party
We’re filming a series of live Chicago Blues shows to make into a DVD. Raw, intense, down home, real deal Blues with All-Star artists, including John Primer, Billy Flynn, Rockin’ Johnny Burgin, Oscar Wilson, Merle Perkins, Charles “Delta Blues Hog” Hayes, Queenie McCarter and many others.
This film will capture the intensity, excitement, and raw energy of the live Blues experience in a small club environment.  Complete with extensive interviews with the artists themselves as well as full length song performances, this is a chance for these Blues artists to tell their story, in their own words, of their experiences over many decades of playing & living the Blues, as well the life & music lessons they learned from touring with some of the greatest musicians of all time.
I honestly feel like it is something that needs to happen NOW. Oscar Wilson has had his bouts with health issues, Charles Hayes is over 70 and had a stroke last year (thankfully he’s recovered now)… a few other artists are in Chicago living on social security, etc etc… I want to capture these artists on film while they are still here!
We very much appreciate your help!
